– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or skirt steak) – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 red bell pepper, sliced – 1 green bell pepper, sliced – 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced (optional) – 1 medium onion, sliced – 1 fajita seasoning packet – ½ cup water (optional) – Warm tortillas (flour or corn)
