Tzimmes is a traditional dish with endless variations. Our recipe features tender carrots & sweet potatoes simmered with juicy prunes & warming spices.

1. Carrots (peeled & chopped) 2. Sweet potatoes (peeled & chopped) 3. Dried prunes (pitted) 4. Olive oil 5. Onion (chopped) 6. Honey 7. Brown sugar 8. Apple cider vinegar 9. Chicken broth

Let’s Start Cooking!

Step 1: Sauté onions in olive oil until softened. Step 2: Add carrots, potatoes & cook for a few minutes.

Step 3: Pour in apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, honey & brown sugar. Step 4: Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, or until veggies are tender.

Step 5: Stir in those delicious prunes and simmer for another 10 minutes, letting flavors meld.
