Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.

Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each matzo cracker.

Sprinkle your favorite cheese generously. Mozzarella is a classic, but experiment!

Now comes the fun part: load up your mini pizzas with toppings! 🫑

Pop those bad boys in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
